Company History Monterey Fish Company is a family owned and operated company that was established in 1941. With nearly sixty years of experience in processing seafood products we are an industry leader on the west coast of the United States. In our modern state-of-the-art freezing and canning facilities, we can process six hundred tons of fish per day. All fish products are received from refrigerated (RSW) vessels only.
